While Dipper and Mabel search through a stack of board games in one of the Mystery Shack's closets, they come across the game and think that they could play it for about 20 minutes before Ford calls for them.
The board game's box is brown, and the main picture depicts two kids in the middle of a jungle, with the one on the left fleeing from a rhinoceros while the other screams at a snake. The snake is shaped to form the question mark in the title. The subtitle reads, "The last players who opened this box never made it out ALIVE!"
