The woman in yellow is a resident of Gravity Falls, Oregon.
History
Season 1
In "Boss Mabel," she is among the contestants in the episode of Cash Wheel that Stan watches in the beginning of the episode, where she loses to a fellow competitor.
Season 2
In "Sock Opera," she attends Mabel's sock puppet show, "Glove Story: A Sock Opera."
In "Soos and the Real Girl," she is seen walking around Gravity Malls.
In "The Stanchurian Candidate," she is seen listening to Stan's radio interview with her family. When she hears Stan saying he would "teach kids swears" she covers her daughter's ears in shock and outrage.
Appearance
She has light brown hair, light skin tone, and a pointed nose. She wears a yellow, short sleeved scoop neck top, light brown pants and flats. Her ears are pierced and she wears short teal dangle earrings.
