The veteran is an elderly resident of Gravity Falls, Oregon.
History
Season 1
First seen in "Irrational Treasure," he partakes in the annual Pioneer Day.
In "The Time Traveler's Pig," he attends the Mystery Fair.
In "Fight Fighters," he waits in line for his order at Smokey Joe's All You Can Eat buffet where Rumble McSkirmish barges through, ruining the food he was waiting for.
In "Gideon Rises," he attends the grand closing of the Mystery Shack. Later, he is disappointed and angered at Gideon who was revealed to be a fraud.
Season 2
In "Scary-oke," he attends the Mystery Shack's grand re-opening with other townsfolk.
In "Sock Opera," he watches Gabe Bensen perform a puppet performance for the children at Gravity Falls Library. He later watches Mabel's sock puppet act at Theatre Time Theater.
He is one the people Dipper lists as "suspicious townsfolk" in "Society of the Blind Eye."
