The old woman in pink is a resident of Gravity Falls, Oregon.
History
Season 1
In "Tourist Trapped," she appears as a tourist at the Mystery Shack. Stan Pines is shown giving her and the rest of the tourists a tour of the museum.
In "The Time Traveler's Pig," she attends the Mystery Fair.
In "Fight Fighters," she is seen attending Smokey Joe's All You Can Eat buffet.
She appears in Dipper's story in "Bottomless Pit!".
In "The Deep End," she is seen at the Gravity Falls Pool.
In "Carpet Diem", she is seen walking down the street.
In "Gideon Rises," she is among the townsfolk seen at the Mystery Shack's grand closing, hearing Gideon's future plans of the former business. Later, when Gideon is revealed to be a fraud, she is disappointed and joins the townsfolk, angrily surrounding Gideon.

In "Lefty," she is seen riding the escalator at the Gravity Falls Mall.
