The man in blue is a resident of Gravity Falls, Oregon.
History[]
Season 1[]
In "Tourist Trapped," the man is among the tourists visiting the Mystery Shack, and is later fascinated by its attraction, the rock that looks like a face rock.
He takes part in the festivities celebrating Pioneer Day in "Irrational Treasure," however he lacks the costumes that some of the other town residents wear.
During the Mystery Fair in "The Time Traveler's Pig," he waits in line for his turn on the Tunnel of Love and Corndogs, and is among the tourists in an alternate timeline observing a sullen Mabel.
In "Boss Mabel," the man returns to the Mystery Shack under its new management, satisfied with the newly conducted tours by Dipper.
He appears in Dipper's story in "Bottomless Pit!."
After the town is stricken with a heat wave in "The Deep End," he visits the Gravity Falls Pool on several different occasions, relaxing with other residents.
Season 2[]
In "Sock Opera," the man attends the premiere date of Glove Story: A Sock Opera, and, like the rest of the audience, is incredibly displeased with the performance.
He visits Hoo-Ha Owl's Pizzamatronic Jamboree with his daughter in "Soos and the Real Girl."
Personality[]
Like many visitors of the Mystery Shack, the man seems to be easily impressed, as he shows great interest in the obviously fraud oddities within the museum.
Appearance[]
Portly in size, he wears a light blue shirt and darker blue pants, knee-high socks with sandals, along with a blue visor. The man also has a mustache.
