The blonde woman in blue is a resident of Gravity Falls, Oregon.
History
In "Soos and the Real Girl," Soos accidentally bumps into her, knocking her purse out of her hands.
In "The Stanchurian Candidate," she is seen in Greasy's Diner listening to Stan on the radio.
Appearance
She has blonde hair, held up in a ponytail. She wears white stud earrings, black shoes, blue pants and a darker blue shirt, with a white undershirt. She has a purple purse.
