The Stan-Vac was a vacuum sold by Stan Pines when he was a traveling salesman in his younger years.
History
When Stan was younger, the Stan-Vac was one of his many StanCo products. He went door-to-door, attempting to sell it to others. However, the product wasn't very successful, due to the catchphrase, "Stan Vac: It sucks more than anything!"[1]
Eventually, he retired from door to door salesmanship and settled down in the Mystery Shack, in Gravity Falls, Oregon. His traveling case is currently gathering dust in the corner of his bedroom, and the vacuum is in the closet.[2]

In "Dreamscaperers," there is a flashback of Stan trying to sell the Stan-Vac.
Season 2
In "Scary-oke," there is a case in Stan's room labeled "Stan-Vac."
In "Blendin's Game," when Dipper and Mabel travel back in time, there is a Stan-Vac in the Mystery Shack.
In "Not What He Seems," there is a picture of the vacuum on the board with Stan's history, put together by Agent Powers and Agent Trigger. There is also a vacuum in the closet in the Mystery Shack where Stan keeps fireworks.
In "A Tale of Two Stans," Stan sells a Stan-Vac in his flashback.
