Patton Peter Oswalt (born January 27, 1969, in Portsmouth, Virginia) is an American comedian, writer, actor, and voice actor, notable for his role as Spence Olchin in The King of Queens. He provided the voice of Franz, a Lilliputtian leader in the Gravity Falls episode "The Golf War."
Early life
Oswalt was born January 27, 1969, in Virginia Portsmouth, Virginia, to Carla (née Runfola) and Larry J. Oswalt, a career States Marine Corps United States Marine Corps officer. He was named after General S. Patton George S. Patton. He has one younger brother, Matt Oswalt, a comedy writer best known for the YouTube web series "Puddin'."
