Besides the two that come with every profile page, I got them both from this wikia. The template at the top that automatically said your username is called "IU" (no quotes), and the random generator one is "Fortune" (again, no quotes).

To use either, simply put the template name in brackets: <insert name here>

Others and myself have already had to undo these edits a bunch. It is NOT a part of the OFFICIAL title. Otherwise, Alex would have said it himself. The point is for people to decode it themselves, but it is NOT part of the title. The translation belongs in the cryptogram section. It's just like any other cryptogram in an episode.

You know how hard it is people are going to find streams of this episode based on its title?

If we also include a translation on the top of the page, it would make things a bit easier.  

Hey, I didn't name it (in fact, I stupidly thought for a second when I first saw it that it was Greek). :P

But you don't see me putting "(based on a horror movie)" in the top intro for "The Inconveniencing." The decipher is just that - a decipher, and it belongs in the appropriate section, just like any other in the episode.

If people want to include the translation for their streams, fine. But this is the official title that Alex chose, and that ONLY belongs on the top of the page.

Do NOT start an edit war! If I don't change it, there'll be others who will. Plus, I really don't want to bring an admin into this.

If people really care about the episode, they'll respect Alex's wishes and let the title be what it is.

Well, if Alex was smart, he would have provided a translated title.

Small edit or not, it is NOT the purpose of the page to make it easy for people to find it. Its purpose is to deliver information in a correct, factual manner.

And there's really no need ot insult Alex. He's even smarter for NOT including it because that's what he does: he leaves little clues for US to decode. You don't see an immediate translation in the credits cryptogram, do you?

As soon as an edit has been reverted for a third time you need to discuss the issue on the talk page. This is stated in the wiki guidelines. Looking at the history, it would seem you two have been going back and forth for a while. You're both at fault here. Discuss it on the episode talk page or you might BOTH get banned for edit warring.

Oh...I forgot about that rule (I guess I didn't think I'd ever need it)...I'm sorry. But okay, thanks for the heads-up. :)
