Kevin Michael Richardson (born on October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice actor who is well known for his wide variety of voice work since the early 1990s. He is known for being the voice of Tartarus in the video game Halo 2, Robert Hawkins in Static Shock, Captain Gantu in Lilo & Stitch, and a recurring voice actor on Dexter's laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, The Proud Family, Teen Titans, Kim Possible, Ben 10: Alien Force, The Fairly OddParents, Dan vs., Young Justice, Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Adventure Time, The Legend Of Korra, Phineas and Ferb, Ben 10:Omniverse, American Dad!, and Uncle Grandpa. He currently provides the voice of Cleveland Brown, Jr. in The Cleveland Show. He voices Sheriff Blubs, Tats, and some other minor characters in Gravity Falls.
