Mark Justin Roiland (born on February 21, 1980) is an American actor, voice actor, writer, director, and producer. He is best known voicing the main character, Oscar on the Disney Channel's animated television show Fish Hooks and The Earl of Lemongrab on Cartoon Network's Adventure Time. He is also the co-creator and executive producer of Adult Swim's television series Rick and Morty, where he also voices several of the titular characters.

He voiced Blendin Blandin on Gravity Falls, as well as the incidental characters Bobby Renzobbi and the Mattress King. He also voiced the King of the Gnomes in the original unaired pilot.
