Gravity Paws is an official parody of the official theme song of Gravity Falls. It was posted on Sunday February 7th, 2016, during the Puppy Bowl for Animal Planet.[1] It was advertised as the "ultimate fan video." The promo was made for Disney XD by Rogers TV.[2]

Leading up to the release of the video, several teaser videos were also released by Disney XD. These included a promo of the various dogs playing the characters talking about their excitement for it, who their favourite characters are, the Puppy Bowl and counting down the days to them.
At the end of each promo, there was a briefly seen secret image. The first three were of Alex Hirsch (credited in Gravity Paws as Bow-Wowlex-Hirsch) alongside a puppy dressed in flannel like him. In the images, he wore bunny ears, held up two fingers for teaser 2 and then a fish shaped chew toy in image 3. The 4th and final secret image was of the Alex Hirsch puppy putting their paw on a mini football on their director's chair.
