Gravity Falls US press kit interior — The inside of the US *Gravity Falls* press kit.

The Gravity Falls Press Kits were a series of customized promotional boxes handed out to journalists and people of the press covering Gravity Falls ahead of its incoming release in 2012. Two variants are known to exist, one for United States press released in June 2012, and another for the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa released in November 2012.^[1]^[2]

Gravity Falls Disney 002 — The EMEA press kit.

This Disney Channel exclusive premium kit features a wooden box with the Gravity Falls logo carved into the top. Inside the box features an exclusive Gravity Falls army green camera bag with a brand new Polaroid PIC 300 camera inside. It also comes with two packages of film, each containing ten shots. Along with the camera you get a Gravity Falls-branded DVD which contains "a screener of the pilot".^[3] And to finish it off there is a grey exclusive Gravity Falls T-shirt. All of these items were a promotional premium and were never sold to the public.^[4]^[5]

For the EMEA release of the series, there was a similar kit that came in a carboard box. The kit contained a mini film camera, an evidence cleaning brush, a flashlight, tape measure, magnifying glass, pen, container and DVDs and papers containing further information about the show.^[6]

Availability[]

As they were only given out to members of the press, the kits were never publicly available or sold. One kit did end up appearing for sale on eBay but beyond it and the EMEA edition, no other photos or information about the kits is known or even how many were made or exist.^[4]

He was sent an old press kit for the show from before it started to air. The quality of the kit is amazing from the packaging it came in to the content itself.
