Duck-tective is a fictional character that Dipper and Mabel Pines watch on the Mystery Shack TV. He stars in his own show of the same name. He is portrayed as a white duck wearing a detective's hat. He could be a parody of Sherlock Holmes. It is pretty likely he died on TV because in the episode "Dungeons, Dungeons, and More Dungeons," he was shot and sent to the hospital by his unnamed twin brother.
