The blond mustached man is a professional glass carrier in Gravity Falls, Oregon.
History
Season 1
The man first appears in "The Legend of the Gobblewonker," carrying glass over the lake with another man. The two are angered when the S.S. Cool Dude, with Dipper, Mabel, and Soos aboard, it crashes through their glass.
In "Headhunters," he attends the grand re-opening of the Wax Museum of Mystery, but after finding out there was no free pizza, even though it was promised, he gets upset.
In "The Hand That Rocks the Mabel," he attends Gideon's's show. He later is seen at an Aquatic restaurant, where he and other customers in the restaurant aw over Gideon and Mabel on a date.
In "Irrational Treasure," he is seen at Town square to celebrate Pioneer Day.
In "The Time Traveler's Pig," he attends the Mystery Fair. He is later shown taking part in the mob Sprott gathers for believing Mabel is a witch in one of the abandoned timelines.
The man plays a role in Mermando's backstory of how he became stranded in "The Deep End." In it, the man is fishing alongside the sea captain Earl, and manages to ensnare Mermando in a net. He then questions in disbelief if they have just caught a "beautiful man-fish."

Season 2
He later is shown playing golf with other Gravity Falls residents at the Ye Royal Discount Putt Hutt in "The Golf War."
In "Soos and the Real Girl," he is shown walking on the second floor of Gravity Falls Mall.
Appearance
He appears to be a middle-aged man with mustard-yellow hair, a matching mustache, and light skin. He wears a red cap, a yellow vest with a brown t-shirt on the inside, brown gloves, and dark brown pants.
