On February 3, 2014, Alex Hirsch held a little contest on his Twitter account where he asked fans to color an image he had drawn in any style, medium, or form whatsoever by midnight that Friday!^[1] The 3 most creative entries would win personal greetings from Grunkle Stan, Bill, and a Mystery Guest.^[2] These would end up being posted on a Soundcloud page run by Alex.^[3]^[4]^[5]

The tweet Alex made stated the following...

Winners[]

Most Horrifying[]

The first winner was Matthew Beaudoin for the Most Horrifying drawing.^[7]^[8] Her prize was a personal greeting from Bill Cipher.^[9]

Most Smile-Dippy[]

The second prize went to Denielle N. for the Most Smile-Dippy drawing.^[10] His prize was a personal greeting from Grunkle Stan.^[11]

Most Mabel-y[]

The third prize went to Anna La for the Most Mabel-y drawing.^[12]^[13]Her drawing was different as it was both a drawing made on a sweater and a cosplay.^[14]Anna's prize was a personal greeting from Quentin Trembley.^[15]

Lady Mabelton Prize[]

The fourth and final prize went to Chelsea Reyes for the Lady Mabelton Prize.^[16] Her drawing was also an arts and crafts project, utilizing glitter, googly eyes and pasta to add on to it.^[17] Chelsea's prize was a personal greeting from Mermando, who ended up being the mystery guest.^[18]

Trivia[]

In Bill's message he states something distorted which he excuses as a sneeze. Supposedly it is the following lines, “I will come for your first born! I will steal him in my nightmare realm! Make him wear a top hat and bow tie! Call him Chauncey! There’s nothing you can do to stop me it's written in the stars!”
Stan mentions he was paid $50 by a "scrawny bearded hipster in a flannel jacket," to record his message. As the person he is referring to is Alex Hirsch, this is very much a 4th wall break.
Quentin Trembley recorded his lines after coming out of his Armageddon bunker. If this is to be taken as fact, then this is where Trembley has been for the duration of the series and where he was during Weirdmageddon.
Mermando coughs violently in his recording and states it is related to sewage from the Northwest Mud Flaps Factory. Mermando therefore may have some serious health issues related to his time in Gravity Falls.
In addition to these messages. the Soundcloud page called "Shmebulock" contains other audio recordings that Alex and the Gravity Falls crew made both for fun and for other contests and events. These include...
