Yazzy and I have been working on a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) chart for the show. Basically the MBTI is a set of 16 personality types based on 4 dichotomies: Introvert/Extravert, Intuitive/Sensing, Thinking/Feeling, and Perceiving/Judging.

Introvert (I) vs. Extravert (E) - Introverts tends to interact with smaller groups of people and are drained by large crowds. They tend to prefer time alone to recharge. Extraverts are outgoing, preferring to interact with a variety of people. They typically find interaction energizing.
Sensing (S) vs. iNtuition (N) - Sensors are detail-oriented and perceive and interact with reality physically. They prefer hands-on activities, especially for learning, and are keenly aware of their senses (touch, taste, etc.) They are the type to remember meals from events long past. Intuits are more idea-oriented and prefer abstract concepts and big pictures. They are more interested in what could be than what is and are more nomonthetic.
Thinking (T) vs. Feeling (F) - Thinkers tend to make decisions based on information, logic, and cost-benefit analyses. Feelers tend to make decisions on what feels right to them and how their decisions will make others feel.
Judging (J) vs. Perceiving (P) - Judgers impose their will upon reality, shaping and structuring it as they feel it should be. They prefer to "play by the rules" and structured activities. They tend to be scheduled and prompt. Perceivers let the world come to them, accepting it as is. They tend to be flexible, willing to play "make believe", and spontaneous.
