Bill Cipher, both as a character and a villain. Gideon is a close second, but only as a villain—I kind of dislike him as a character, since he's really obnoxious. Bill Cipher reminds me of Aku from ''Samurai Jack''—they're both great comic relief, but at the same time, some of the most evil and threatening villains. Bill is clearly a far bigger threat than Gideon (even though Gideon is the one who summoned him in the first place), while maintaining a more likable character than the little brat.
