"Ellens dritter Gesang" ("Ellens Gesang III," D. 839, Op. 52, No. 6, 1825), in English: "Ellen's Third Song," is a song composed by Franz Schubert in 1825, incorporating the use of the prayer "Hail Mary" as its lyrics. It has been recorded by many artists, such as Barbara Bonney and Geoffrey Parsons, under the title of Ave Maria.
After being expelled from Dipper's body, using one of Mabel's sock puppets, Bill crawls towards the twins. Seeing that he is on top of the pile of pyrotechnics, Mabel reluctantly uses the opportunity to set off the fireworks. The fireworks go off, thus defeating Bill. Destroying the set and almost all of the puppets for Mabel's play, as the puppets burn and fall to the ground in slow motion, with Gabe Bensen looking in horror, Bonney and Parsons' version of the song briefly plays in the background.
The song is only used for 11 seconds, so only the first sentence is played:
