"9 to 5" is a song written and originally performed by Dolly Parton for the 1980 comedy film of the same name. The chorus was played over the end credits of "Summerween," and is to date, the only real media brand used directly in the show.

Workin' nine to five
What a way to make a livin'
Barely gettin' by
It's all takin' and no givin'
They just use your mind
And they never give you credit
It's enough to drive you
Crazy if you let it

Nine to five, for service and devotion...
